Tailored group insurance
At AGI, we develop bespoke systems customised to the administration needs of our clients.
We manage a range of white labelled group life and salary continuance products, underwritten by our strategic partners. With these products, AGI is the exclusive third-party administrator, acting on behalf of the insurers. Online systems with easy integration
Our systems are fully online, with user-friendly portals for brokers and insurers. At the same time, our strategic partners can integrate to our platform, allowing data feeds via an open API.

Introducing MetLife 360Health Virtual Care
In 2020, MetLife launched 360Health, an end-to-end health program that offers services to support people through different phases of their health journey. This may include anything from providing preventative information, understanding the early signs of a condition, through to supporting them when they're unwell and, where possible, facilitating their return to health. It is available to all MetLife customers and was developed to defend Australians against serious illness, so they can live healthier for longer.
What services are available?
There are five key areas of services to support people's health needs:
- Prevention – MetLife offer health toolkits and resources that help people look after their health and will hopefully help prevent conditions from developing or worsening. Customers are directed towards screening services and provide advice on staying well through diet and exercise.
- Early detection – MetLife provide health risk assessments to look for early signs and symptoms and provide guidance that can help prevent that condition becoming more serious.
- Return to health – If someone becomes unwell, 360Health provides services to maximise the chances of a return to health. A team of recovery specialists develops a return-to-health strategy that may also include relevant community, online and rehabilitation services.
- Ongoing care – When someone is critically ill and unlikely to improve, the program connects them with tailored community support and services. This includes partnering with cancer organisations to support someone through end of life. Customers are also linked to community services such as Men's Shed for customers experiencing depression and isolation.
- Financial support – This isn't about paying a claim. That's already happening. It's about providing financial support for other services. MetLife might offer counselling for a beneficiary when someone has passed away, for example.
MetLife also offers 360Health Virtual Care as part of its 360Health program. Virtual Care provides customers with access to expert health care advice at no additional cost from the comfort of home and offers confidential support in the following key areas:
- Medical – Request an in-depth second medical opinion from an expert specialist or submit general questions online to a General Practitioner (GP) or Paediatrician.
- Mental Health - Book an in-depth mental health review or submit general questions online.
- Nutrition – Book a nutrition consultation
